"Spiders On Drugs" is one of those videos that makes you scratch your head at first. A friend sent me the link and I thought it was a documentary (and I was wondering why he would send me this kind of thing) until I got to the part with the restraining order. Okay, okay, I won't give anything else away. Enjoy the show.

A few years before "Spider-Man (2002)", Tobey Maguire starred in this charming flick about the simpler life of the 50s (in the USA) and the end of innocence. Most of the movie is in black and white, as intended, which causes the splashes of color to stand out even more.
Having grown up in the 60s, I can tell you that most television shows were still like that when I was a pre-teen. Parents slept in separate beds, children were respectful to their parents, there wasn't any swearing, and there's a whole lot more I don't even remember. Pleasantville is a "pleasant" reminder of simpler times and simpler things.
Pleasantville stars Tobey Maguire, Reese Witherspoon, William H. Macy, Joan Allen, Jeff Daniels, and even a few appearances by the legendary Don Knotts.

As long as I live, I will never tire of watching this movie. It has aliens, an invasion, an ordinary guy that fights back, and the good guy wins in the end. What's not to like about it?
This is one of John Carpenter's better films. The guy who plays "Frank" looked familiar to me and I looked it up. He's also in "The Thing", another film by John Carpenter.
One of the scenes that always cracks me up, and it's probably because I'm a Duke Nukem fan, is the scene where he starts shooting up the bank. If you're familiar with Duke Nukem, and you watch the clip I'm providing below, you'll know exactly what I mean.
It stars Roddy Piper, Keith David, and Meg Foster. Check it out:

If you're too young to remember the 1960s cartoon "Underdog", this movie might not be your cup of tea. It takes characters and situations out of the old cartoon series and puts them on the big screen for the first time as a live-action movie.
I watched it when I was a kid. It was one of the few cartoons I could laugh at without feeling stupid. The movie made me feel almost the same, especially when seeing how Underdog takes a bite out of crime on the big screen for the first time. Some of the characters are different (like Riff Raff) and some are so close to the original cartoon characters I just had to watch this movie all the way through.
I'm surprised at the low ratings on IMDB. Perhaps it's because it was aimed at kids and not adults. Heck, I'm just a big kid at heart. That character Cad was hilarious with his thesaurus and everything. He annoyed the heck out of Dr. Barsinister. You don't have to be a kid to enjoy watching that!
It stars Jason Lee as the voice of Underdog, Peter Dinklage as Dr. Simon Barsinister, James Belushi, Patrick Warburton, Alex Neuberger and more. Here's the trailer:

Both of the titles refer to the same animated television series. The name was changed when the series was moved from the ABC network to the NBC network in 1961.
I could write an exhaustive article on this, but it's already been done! Take a look at Hokey Smoke! Rocky and Bullwinkle for the complete history of the series.
Here's a video I found which gives you an overview of the series, which is now broadcast regularly on "The Cartoon Network" cable channel:
